To fund physician involvement in Productive Operating Theatre (TPOT), a comprehensive, modular and Lean-based program designed to assist pre- and perioperative teams to work more effectively together to improve the quality of patient experience, team performance and leadership, the safety and outcomes of surgical services, and the effective and valuable use of operating room time.
