Consultant Specialist Team Care

What is Consultant Specialist Team Care?

Consultant Specialist Team Care (CSTC) aims to support specialists through a collaborative approach to implement a team care model in their private community offices to improve the patient and provider experience.

Who is Eligible?

All licensed specialist physicians practicing in community settings across BC.

Program Benefits 

Benefits of taking part in the Consultant Specialist Team Care initiative include:

  • Funding for specialist program participation and team care model development.
  • Engaging virtual and in-person workshops led by clinical and content experts.
  • Opportunity to collaborate and network with like-minded specialists from across the province to share and learn from each other.
  • Ability to select an allied health professional (AHP) or nurse to support your team care model to improve the provider and patient experience.
