BC redesign of hip fracture care

Understand the current practices and state of hip fracture care in BC and then build a data set and key performance indicators, based on selected best practices outlines in the National Hip Fracture Guidelines, to assess performance at different time intervals and against agreed upon targets and benchmarks.
