North Coast Postpartum Clinic

Aim: To establish a North Coast Postpartum service that will provide follow-up to women identified during their pregnancy as having at-risk factors for the development of cardiovascular disease.

Summary: The focus within this project will be cardiovascular disease risk identification, evaluation and prevention. By providing follow-up services to these at-risk patients, it is the aim to motivate and support them to make healthier lifestyle choices to help reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease.
