We recently submitted a notice in the bi-monthly e-news, the monthly GPSC newsletter and Divisions Dispatch asking primary physicians to help avoid spending time on non-medical issues by sending this patient information, such as name, date of birth and PHN to you. We also posted this message on the GPSC and the Divisions of Family Practice websites. You are encouraged to let your GP colleagues know that you can bill for telephone advice; and how this simple step streamlines a telephone consult and more quickly helps patients.
