Centralized referral and surgical access pilot - Royal Inland Hospital

Aim: To implement a new single entry, standardized central referral system, triage process and waitlist for a group of General Surgeons in Kamloops. 

Summary: This project will work towards implementation of a centralized referral portal for the general surgeons in the Kamloops area. The system will be a single-entry standardized central referral system with triaging and accurate measure of wait 1. General Practitioners and Family Practitioners in the Kamloops catchment area alike will have access to a single fax/phone/e-referral to access general surgeons in Kamloops.
