PCAN Summit 2026
The Perioperative Clinical Action Network (PCAN) unites multidisciplinary surgical team members from all specialties and health regions across British Columbia to support local and regional surgical solutions and quality improvement initiatives. PCAN's mission is to improve patient outcomes through best practices and innovation.
Join us on November 1, 2026, from 6–8 p.m. for an evening poster session showcasing specialist physician-led projects. Explore leading-edge quality improvement work from across BC, including initiatives from PCAN and other clinical teams across the health system. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
On November 2, 2026, registration and breakfast begin at 7 a.m., followed by a full day of programming from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. This is an opportunity to connect with colleagues and be inspired by leading experts in perioperative care. Presentations and breakout sessions will focus on PCAN’s four surgical priorities: patient prehabilitation, Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), cancer care, and equitable access.
