The Ministry of Health’s Health PPE Portal provides personal protective equipment (PPE) and critical supplies to family doctors and specialists in BC community clinics.
Doctors who work in both private community and health authority clinics can use the portal to access PPE for their community clinic.
How to order supplies
- Doctors who have already ordered through the portal will receive an e-mail with their unique customer identification number and an invitation to place their next order for up to three months of PPE and critical supplies.
- Reordering is available starting June 1 (please allow 12-15 business days for delivery).
- If you haven’t received an email by June 15, e-mail health.ppe@gov.bc.ca for assistance.
- Doctors who haven’t ordered in the past from the portal but are eligible: e-mail health.ppe@gov.bc.ca for assistance.
