Specialist and family doctors are invited to participate in the Finding and Creating Joy in Work course offered by the Institute for Health Care Improvement.
The 12-week course shares proven quality improvement methods that can help create a positive work environment that fosters camaraderie, meaning, choice, and equity, and ensures the commitment to delivering high-quality care, even in stressful times.

Participating physicians are eligible to receive sponsorship for tuition costs through the Physician Leadership Program.
